Shipping Charges

1. Free Shipping:

   • We offer free shipping on orders across India.

Delivery Timeline

1. Processing Time:

   • Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Time:

   • We deliver orders within 0-7 business days, depending on your location:

     • Metro Cities: 2-4 business days.

     • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3-5 business days.

     • Remote Areas: 5-7 business days.

3. Expedited Shipping:

   • Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.

Order Tracking

1. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking number and carrier details.

2. Use the tracking link provided to monitor the delivery status of your order.

Delivery Terms

1. Address Accuracy:

   • Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate. Vedagam Ayurveda will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. Failed Deliveries:

   • If a delivery fails due to the unavailability of the recipient or an incorrect address, re-shipping charges may apply.

3. Delivery Delays:

   • While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistics delays may affect the delivery timeline.

International Shipping

1. Currently, we only deliver within India.

2. For international delivery inquiries, please contact us at customercare@vedagam.com.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

1. Damaged Packages:

   • If the package arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.

   • Share photos of the damaged package with us at customercare@vedagam.com for resolution.

2. Lost Shipments:

   • If your shipment is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund as per your preference.
