1. Order Cancellation

1. Before Dispatch:

   • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement or before the product is dispatched, whichever is earlier.

2. After Dispatch:

   • Once the product is dispatched, cancellations will not be entertained.

1. Eligibility for Refunds:

   • Refunds are applicable only under the following circumstances:

     • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

     • The product is expired upon delivery.

   • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Process for Refunds:

   • Email us at customercare@vedagam.com with your order details, proof of purchase, and evidence of the issue (e.g., photos of the product).

   • Our team will verify the claim within 3-5 business days.

3. Refund Timeline:

   • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

   • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Returns

1. Conditions for Return:

   • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

   • Products that are tampered with or used will not be eligible for returns.

2. Return Process:

   • Customers must arrange for return shipping and share the tracking details with us at customercare@vedagam.com.

   • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund or replacement as per the customer’s preference.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used products.

• Products purchased during sales or promotional events.

• Custom or personalized orders.
